VENDOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest as a vendor in the 2021, 1st Annual Backin’ the Badges Rally, Friday, September 3rd and Saturday the 4th. Booths will be located on the vendor runway site in various locations.

MOVE IN/OUT:

Friday, September 3rd
8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Move in and set up.
4 p.m.- 11 p.m. Gates open; lockdown begins at 11 p.m.

Saturday, September 4th
8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Replenishment and set-up completed by 11 a.m.
1 p.m. – 12 a.m. Gates open; lockdown begins at 12 a.m. 

ALL vendors will be escorted to their booth location upon arrival.

Vendor Booth Rates:
(Booth must fit inside space purchased)

  • *10×10  $100
  • *10×20  $200
  • *10×30  $300

Includes 2 armbands, (regardless of booth size), additional armbands may be purchased for $10 per person.  

**Food vendors MUST also sign the Food Vendor Fire, Safety and Health Code statement on page 3 of this contract.
